The start of a new year

So our Christmas decorations are down and my mind is thinking of the new year. I have a few goals in mind for the new year.  1. To lose weight and eat right so that I can be healthy. 2. To spiritually make my self better I think so much that if I am spiritually in tune then my life will be more productive. 3. Get awesome grades in school, I am going three semesters in school this year, Starting in January I will be taking 19credit hours plus a lab and then working 14hours a week.  Life will be crazy but be so worth it when I am done with school.  I am so excited for the new year and what it has in store for Scout and I.  Scout is going to go to school for Line Work he is very excited and ready for the future also.

California Trip

We are hoping to head out to California next week.  We were going to go for Christmas but looks like Scout has a bigger and better job he is starting on the 29th of November, So with him in training we are not able to go to California for Christmas.  I am excited to go and spend some time with my grandparents and family there.  We are just waiting for me to get inseminated and then we will leave the day after. 

Sunday is the best day...

As I sat in Relief Society this morning at church I thought about all the wonderful things that this world offers us. I was listining to the lesson today and a question came up...How do we endure our trials??? I thought about that alot and thought a lot about my trials in life.  I realized that I endure by doing everything I can control and then I leave the rest to the Lord.  I have realized how grateful I am to let the Lord control the things that I cant.  It makes my life so much easier.
